Currently there is a proposed development application (DA) to partly demolish the building to construct a hotel which is on public exhibition at Mid-Western Regional Council. We oppose this development.
We believe that a hotel can be built anywhere and it should not be done to compromise such a significant theatre. If you oppose this DA please lodge your comments online to council here.
We have 2 more weeks to lodge formal comments in by 4:30pm 1 December 2017.
